Millet Chocolate


Ingredients

  • Ragi powder

  • Fox tail millet powder

  • Jaggery

  • Coconut powder

  • Dry fruits1. ragi powder

  • Fox tail millet powder

  • Jaggery

  • Coconut powder

  • Dry fruits

Directions

  1. MakeThick jaggery syrup.

  2. Add millets powder, coconut, and dry fruits to the prepared syrup on low flame.

  3. On low flame mix them completely for 10-15 min until it becomes thick and tight to make chocolate balls.

  4. After 15 min off the stove and let it cool for some time. And make chocolate balls or any shapes wrap and store them in airtight containers.
